20XX

When you launch 20XX it’s immediately obvious that the teams at Batterystable Games and Fire Hose Games are fans of the classic Mega Man games and heavily drew upon that library for inspiration.

20XX is a roguelike action platformer with procedurally generated levels. This combination makes the game simultaneously fun to play and incredibly frustrating.

Beware! If you choose to start this game you’re going to die constantly and cycle through the levels over and over again, but that’s kind of the point.

Thanks to the procedurally generated nature of the levels you will find new challenges each and every time you dive in. Playing on the Nintendo Switch is the perfect environment for 20XX as you can get your action packed fill in short bursts, which should temper the frustration levels.
