Go Van Go – Kill City: Switchblade

Originally published on Alt Media

There must be something in the water in Queensland, because they just keep pumping out funky grade rock bands, with the latest being Brisbane boys Go Van Go.

Their sophomore release Kill City: Switchblade is packed full of party-starting rock and roll inspired by old school rock, but with a funky modern flair. If you were ever a fan of Wolfmother and their distinct sound, Go Van Go is right up your alley.

With groovy guitar and bass lines complimented by catchy vocals, this is bound to make for some fun summer BBQ party listening. (JA)
