Sea Fever - Folding Lines

A brand new five piece band has emerged from Manchester over the last few days with the release of their debut album Folding Lines.

The band consists of Iwan Gronow on vocals & guitars alongside singer Beth Cassidy. Joining them are New Order’s Tom Chapman & Phil Cunningham - with Tom on bass, guitars, synths & programming while Phil provide guitars. Underage all that is Elliot Barlow who provides the band’s pulsing beats.

Across their 10 track debut offering Sea Fever deliver a record which fuses electronic elements with rock guitars & hypnotic strings. Layered upon this is a series of captivating lyrical tales which will see everybody listening intently throughout.

Folding Lines is a hard record to place into a defunded genre with any certainty, it is a beast all to its own. Instead we recommend simply checking it out, although we believe fans of futuristic electro pop & rock will enjoy this one.
