Pario Magazine (September-October 2021)

Hello & welcome back to another issue of Pario Magazine.

What a wild couple of months July & August were. Thanks to lockdown the distribution of our last issue was severely hampered. We pushed ahead though & switched to hand delivering issues to letterboxes, which may have actually been a blessing in disguise as we found new eyes & eager readers.

Being trapped at home for the past 2 months has made me look for new ways to reach out to this audience. As such I am now streaming on Twitch 3 days per week. I've also been working extra hard on this issue of Pario Magazine & have created one of the best issues yet.

In this issue we spoke with ABC Illawarra radio personality Lindsay McDougall, Wollongong based band Pirra, local book publisher Cat Benstead, 2 incredible Australian wrestlers (Joel Bateman & Frankie B), & an international podcaster. Like every creative, the latest lockdown has been difficult for these people. As such it is now more important than ever to highlight them & their creative endeavours.
